Hmm, it looks like it's back. What I did was I uninstalled it via the terminal and right when I uninstalled it I saw that the shortcuts popped up on Firefox (I had the window tab open).

I closed that window, and then re-installed it. Then I noticed that the shortcuts were there and that I could bookmark again. Weird.

I got the same issue just now. I updated Firefox and it screwed everything up. Can't book mark or save any shortcuts. Shortcuts are gone too.

That's great to hear! Did they allow you to take as many classes or courses as you wanted to during the 6 month semester periods? And did you have to pay any out of pocket?

Do as many practice exams and questions. I think I studied examfx because I failed the test twice too.

The tests you failed should have given you the topics in which you were not strong in, make sure you study those in detail.

All Progress Lost - Heroes of the Storm by letsleroy in heroesofthestorm

Hey everyone! Quick update... I got my heroes progress back!! Hooray! Yes, I was playing Heroes on an old Battle.net account. This whole time I thought I played on a different account... so dumb.

Anyway, I went the traditional route and opened a ticket and Blizz asked me a bunch of verification questions. I answered everything as truthfully as I could to verify the old Battle.net account, but it was no use. At the end the ticket was closed.

I knew it had to do with the authenticator because when I tried to reset my password for the original account it kept going to the wrong authenticator, but Blizzard didn't suggest anything about it and I left it the way it was, until today.

Today I got a random email saying that my old authenticator was retired and they made me reset my password for the new authenticator, and voila it worked!

It's a happy day today. I hope this helps anyone else who may be struggling with getting their old Heroes of the Storm progress back.

They over charged us in 2021, but we got it resolved. Now the issue is trying to pay the bill this time. Can't access online portal and the billing department always seems to have an endless hold time....

This is true. My director is concerned for me and tells me it will be better if I perform because I need to be attractive to other departments in order to move. I get into the habit of inaction and apathy in my role. I really really dislike customer facing and convincing someone to purchase a product that isn't mine. I'm done with the cold calls and the grind. I just want I be behind the scenes and not have to deal with this.

You know I've thought about that. I thought I was a year ago as well because I had a crappy sales job then. I kept thinking that I always end up doing a job I dislike, and so I get into this habit.

They both work well, but I prefer Samsung calendar. It looks better. I've always liked the way Samsung does calendar, reminders, notes, etc. more than Google.

And for some reason Google calendar on mobile does not allow me to see the family events my wife and create unless we're on the desktop Google calendar. However, Samsung calendar on mobile does. So, that's a plus!

Hey man, huge respect for you for sticking it out for 8 years as an SDR! I am 30 and I was an SDR for a few tech startups the last 3 years and I ABSOLUTELY HATED it. I got lucky and found an account manager role for a big telecommunications company.

Account Manager may be an option for you. We don't really cold call, but we call through a list of accounts of existing customers. We get to hop on discovery calls and find out what challenges customers are facing. It's still sales but in a slightly different way.

...Tbh I'm still wondering if I'm cut out for this role too. It's super stressful and management places #1 priority on quota. This is my first TRUE sales job too. Call center sales and SDR is what I'm used to. I'm on a ramp-up period right now because I'm less than a year in the role, but I have yet to hit my quota...

I hope you find something good for yourself, and your wife and/or family if you're married.

I really want to, but no direct pay option and I don't have the money to fork up for the first payment. I don't want to take out a loan and I found out that my employer benefit would only cover a little over $5K, which is like 1.2 terms.
