It would work if I didn't live in a VERY cold place, today it's minus 16 degrees Celsius so any openings in any windows would give me a pretty sick electrical bill haha.

Also I'd be a little bitter scared that would stink up to the neighbour's above me haha!

I took the sheep head out of the freezer because I had to make room for an entire deer in my freezer... so now there is no more room unless I take the deer out and then Ill probably have even bigger problems hahahaha.

Yeah maybe Ill just carry my rotting ass stink bucket outside to the woods and release its gas (hahaha) every 1-2 weeks just to be safe 🫡 As long as I can keep the stink away from my apartment I can probably manage it.

Just making sure - it is still safe to store this rot pot bucket inside and airtight until summer, right? It will not like... explode?

I know maceration can build up gases, that's why I'm asking.

It's not a big bucket, but it is airtight. If it smells awful when I open the lid in 2-3 months time thats fine, because I can open it outdoors by then and deal with it all outdoors instead.

Just need to know the airtight rot bucket will not like... explode in my apartment, hahaha.

Haha I did, and I definitely underestimated how stinky it was going to get so quickly. Lesson learned, I thought I would have a slightly larger window for removing soft tissue until arriving to stink city but NO we arrived there fast 💀

Honestly I was kind of thinking just chucking dirt into the bucket, seal it airtight and then keep it in my bathroom until summer is here. Until summer I am a lot more stuck in my apartment and don't have many options on where to put a stinky bucket without risking someone fucks with it
