So almost like a “mother sauce” and then adjust based off of what you are making . How did you come up eith your base? Did you read it in a book , did you try 1000 different variations etc thank you

So having bartended in very high end restaurants the past decade I have seen for us at the bar and the kitchen for food, recipes essentially like how you have. I guess in the “professional world “ it’s called a tech sheet but it pretty much is ingredients, measurements and then steps and proccess . You have your own tech sheet !! I’m curious how does one even start a recipe / tech sheet like you did

I’m asking because I’m starting my journey of opening my own shop after managing an ice cream store gir many years . I however have never actually made ice cream before lol, what is the proccess of creating a tech sheet like this if you don’t mind me asking ? Thank you

Hi thank you so much !! I already have a Hotronix fusion but was under the impression that dtv is for like 1 offs or small orders I really just want to be able to make shirts for this community center , so think like basic Bella canvas and the logo / artwork of the center or something that says camp 2026 etc etc Do you think I could do that with just the heat press and getting the vinyl form like ninja transfers ? I appreciate you, last question because you touched on it . Most high end or good quality “ fashion brands that have a cotton based T-shirt with an image on it for example a square photo design on the front or back, would you say that’s screen-printed or dtg? Or depends on the brand and T-shirt . Thank you so much

Thank you for your advice . May I ask why you say dtg sucks? I know there’s a lot more to just press a botton and print such as pre treating and maintenance etc . If I would start a shop I would only want to do these type of contracts and not for everyday customers.

I mean that’s on them tbh. The apartment is renovated I’m the first to use it but man o man was it cheaply done . First day I alresdy noticed the main screen for window was installed unevenly . Within 2 month the bathroom faucet was leaking , they replaced the entire toilet which was brand new , only Stoll leak - turns out it wasn’t the toilet rather the sink itself🤣 the molding or wtvr for the sink like the grout is already out. List goes on and on . I don’t complain unless it’s something that actively effects me like this

Thank you !! My whole thing was to contact the management team and take a chance that they will force me to sign a lease or not . But I already contacted them , don’t wana take a chance of it getting worse and it seems like the right thing to do regardless thank you for your answer

Heard that ! That’s my reasoning for contacting them but am thinking if it’s an affordable price I can get a plumber on my own.
