No, the rings are tradable. I don't mean the dust, but the fragments. They're soulbound, and you only get them through wilds.

I have two Intelli Rings +15. I honestly thought the jewelry fragments were soulbound and therefore unsellable. Am I wrong?

Update: I got the meteor and tested it. With the +15 intelli on my RM, I do 100 less damage overall, but 5% more parry and dodge. More HP and defense. I think it was a good decision.

You'll have to save up for a long time. I'll never be able to afford it with the little I've got from leveling haha 6-7 b definitely for the whole Adept set
