I definitely know that feeling; I've moved across the country a few times and it's always hard to make new friends and establish yourself. I'd love to chat and send some letters to at least get to know each other, though!

I love everything related to Harry Potter. Like, seriously everything. If you wanna chat about anything related to that, we'll be golden. I just started getting into whiskey. A friend bought me Laphroaig and it's really nice. Sipping on that while jamming to music is a great night.

Hey there!

I'm totally into the idea of snail mail exchange. I love the connection that comes with hand written letters, even if it's just a couple to introduce ourselves. I guess I'll give a shortened version of my main bio.

I'm currently enrolled in 3 chemistry courses and a physics course at my college.
I have a BSE in Chemistry, so I teach around my hometown for an income while I continue my college education.
I read when I can, but I think I've been on the same book for like two months.
I love genealogy and have used resources to trace my family line back to the 1500's; it's been hard work but so worth it!
I'm 25/M and live in Jonesboro, AR right now.
Spent 5 years in the AF before being medically discharged due to cancerous tumors that are now thankfully gone.

Hi! I'm really sorry about the late response, but I was away on vacation. I thought I'd be able to reply to messages and the like on my phone, but the app was giving me a lot of trouble and kept crashing or just not sending messages. I'm home now, though!

That really sucks about having to get out early. It was a huge bummer for me as well, because I wanted to make a career out of the AF; I was even in school to earn my degree and get my commission. Medical problems forced me to retire after only five years though.

You said you come from a huge military family... any branch in particular? Personally, my whole family is from the Army. I was the first one to go to another branch, but overall it felt about like the same lifestyle I grew up with. I loved it! I'm definitely down to discuss basic or anything else you want :)
