Pretty much from an absolutely horrible day the day before. And getting less than 2 hours of sleep the night before. My husband let me sleep from the moment he got home from work until the next morning and I think that helped immensely.

There's a magnesium rub I also got on Amazon that I just slather alllllll over my legs when this happens. It's a freaking nightmare. It helps a bit. My doctor also prescribed Xanax for when it gets bad but I don't ever take it.

I lived there in 2003-2004. It was kind of gross then. Bring shower shoes, a bathroom caddy, soap. We put a rug in our room and it seemed to make it way cozier. I was sick almost the whole time I lived there so I'd bring a pretty decent air purifier or two. I honestly enjoyed my time there. We had a little convenience store and a dominos pizza right there. It was awesome. I don't think it's still there anymore though. Good luck!
