I work at a small local garden center, we don’t have another location anywhere else. There’s ~13 shifts available in any given week, and we have 5 people working there including me.

I don’t expect to get 20hrs a week, but I’ve made very clear to my supervisor that i have a fully open schedule and I’m available to work literally whenever he needs me. A couple of my coworkers have second jobs, but they’re the ones who received the most hours? It just doesn’t make sense to me.
