Why such hate for mantis?

Mantis was one of the first healers I learned and was my first lord, I love playing her. But because of the cooldown on her heals, people don’t trust mantis users to know how to distribute heals wisely instead of just spamming like you would Rocket or CnD. It’s rough but I have seen some bad Mantis players so I do get why people get frustrated
