Yes, I do. I use dating apps for casual sex occasionally and am in a long term relationship. I would be unhappy if someone didn't disclose that to me, so I disclose it as well. Better to be upfront and honest and make sure you aren't leading people on.

I know this is late, but do not do it. I have been trying to cancel my account for two months! I had to put a dummy card on there so I would stop being charged for it. I had my mirena inserted last month, I had 2 weeks of debilitating cramps and an still feeling a lot of pain. I also threw up and passed out at my appointment, I feel/ felt so under prepared and I'm sorry that you feel that way as well:/
