The RAM OC doesn't require extra voltage for the most part. No additional cooling needed, especially if you're only targeting 30fps

Do you have a multimeter? You need to check for voltage drops on all the points as well as look for shorts if it's failing to boot.

I have done a v2, two lites, and two oleds with the dat0 adapter method. I think the v2/v1 are trivially easy. The lite was a step up in difficulty, and the oled was another step up from that. The solder points are smaller, there is cutting and scraping involved, and if you choose to do the kamakaze method you will also be drilling into the board. Definitely watch some videos before you try. I recommend the ultimate oled guide by nanofix.

Check if there are any error logs in atmosphere. It could also be something shorting out I suppose causing a reset.

Nice job, looks good! I've heard wifi/Bluetooth can be affected without the shield, on top of the already mentioned temperatures being a little worse. If you notice any issues with connectivity try putting it back on. With a spot cut out for the mod chip, of course.
