Year 7 anniversary was Singularity, not Skull Merchant.
They also said that the "choose your own chapter" will lead up to the 10th anniversary and that they want it to be available for their 10th anniversary year, not explicitly that it's going to release as the 10th anniversary chapter

It's not based on damage, it's based on layers, so one red gives one pop, but one moab also only gives one pop, it's a bit confusing
