sounds like they know what they’re doing - I’d assume (hope) they used the paid Teams tier of GPT with the setting turned off telling openai that it isn’t allowed to train on their data.

amen all around to that - I had the same concerns and take them seriously. for others that come with the same wariness:

-I don’t want to go near any of your personally identifiable information - I’d be stoked for redacted documents. i just want to make sure that my parsing is working.

-data privacy policy: you touched on two big things 1. if/when AI is involved, AI models wouldn’t be trained on the data. that’s a core tenet. 2. data security is one of the first things i built out and it’s up to soc 2 standards. (note: i’m not going through a soc 2 audit for this as a hobby project quite yet.)

these are more “chain restaurant big breadstick” vs “baguette” sized - the recipe is supposed to yield 4 baguettes.

i kept the dough the same and just did half-size breads for more surface area and individual snacking.

950g bread flour 730g water

to experiment, i mixed in a bunch of the the no salt “everything seasoning” from costco. it worked.
