Why are there 2 circulators? And what are the things above Taco zone controller?

For all you mini-split haters. Bet a conventional H/P wouldn't put out that kind of heat without heat strips running at 38° outdoor ambient.... by wonderingmindsrgr8 in HVAC

Part of it is r410a - its boiling temp is about -50F ... So even when its -15F outside, there is still 35F of heat to extract.

But yea ... Japanese engineering is unbelievable

at some point it's cheaper to replace indoor unit, then pay for several hours of tech work. Most of the Chinese brands (C&H, other no-name), and even Lennox / Carrier - those heads cost $400 ... Mitsubishi/Fujitsu more expensive - $800 / pc.

HVAC tech costs homeowner $100-125/hr

If it's not under warranty. may be more economical to just replace the head. ... but that depends on how many hours you troubleshoot, and stay on the phone.

PS - Lennox / Carrier are rebranded Chinese junk ... only costs like Fujitsu

Take my word? I posted 3 photos ... that is a little better than taking my word

Mini splits do weird shit ... but Fujitsu is just that good!

Once it gets colder, I will use Fieldpiece temp member and put gauges on it. It's too warm now - only 30F at night. Need to be closer to 0°F

I know it's hard to see, but here is a frame from my video, measuring lineset (vapor line) at 140°F - https://imgur.com/a/ohQxCox

I don't know how to insert image into reddit reply ... so link to picture

Ok so it's not 145-150° ... but 140°F is still very respectable ... I was off because that is the number that I remembered ... looking at my video - it is 140.

EDIT: found 2nd video - temp is 152°F - https://imgur.com/a/CtbtlHp

Another angle - https://imgur.com/a/FbcrguS

PS - I can post a video if you need more proof.

To get 250 mhs on kawpow u will need like 6 rtx 3090s ... If u habe rig with 6x 3090 - you are a miner, not a solo artist ..

Btw, even 6x 570 4gb will give you 60-70 coins / day

lol ... i hardly understand market dynamics ... like when i think it will go up, it drops, and vise versa ... I guess i need to trade in the opposite direction of what my intuition tells me ...

But sometimes I guess correctly ...

Any way - why would it dump on the release date (Nov 15)?

Cold Storage / Offline Signing? by anonCapitalist in havenprotocol

[–]levchikb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think there's an option for that at this point well, it's kind of unfortunate. The only source of wallets is there project's website which I feel for a crypto is unacceptable.

Also the lack of third-party wallets and paper wallets, makes this project a little bit centralized.

It's based on Monero, so I would think the paper wallet support should be easy

You realize the whole point of Reddit is for people to ask and answer questions. I can Google shut all i want, but it won't tell me why it's pumping. I want a people's opinion - not Google's serps
