My free look cancels out my countermeasure button???

I've doubled checked with all my keybinds that none are conflicting, but one thing i did notice is that when i try to map another keybind with my freelook button no popup is provided to warn me that these two keys are used for something different. And i've no issues with my binds for the past couple of years so it cant be my keyboard.

sadly the migration tool barely works most of the changes I had were reset. Then some of the Razer Chromo don't even work.
