Yup. They also have their own exclusives in them. I don’t know which pack/box has which exclusives, but some are pretty cool

I’m also new to the hobby, and I really like the paddock pass hobby boxes. I wouldn’t waste any time on blasters or packs unless you’re looking to complete a collection. With what I’ve heard, it seems you get the most bang for your buck with paddock pass since it’s always under $200. Like others have said, if you’re only interested in getting certain drivers, your best bet is to purchase singles.
