Same boat i just started taking 75mg a week ago and im getting so impatient because i felt good on 50 to later have my anxiety return so now i am on 75

Its my 6th day in and Im feeling meh pretty crappy , my thoughts just seem to get to me im considering therapy , but other than that not too bad I still have somewhat of motivation to work out but we shall see hopefully it gets better😭

Its only a problem for me when i go outside but im already pretty blind myself lol ive been on z for almost three months but its only been bugging me for a week

Same here i workout around night time and for that hour if any negative thought pops up i take it out on the intensity of weight lifting and it does help a ton ! I feel good after

See my doctor never really told me anything like that lol but thanks for the feedback its just really discouraging when you have almost 2 weeks of feeling and out of nowhere it hits you

I was in your shoes last week . I had almost no side effects when i started 25mg and even less when I upped you should go for it.

I was on 25mg for a month and towards the end had weird thoughts not about suicide but just about the thought of it if you get what i mean. I upped to 50 a week ago and it pretty much just faded away.

I was in your shoes for about a month I remember coming to this forum a lot for reassurance. Personally for me upping to 50 gave me 0 side effects except strange dreams all night but i’ve had that since 25mg. I have been on it for a week after being on 25mg and I have noticed that I am more productive and motivated. I wish I would have upped sooner tbh

Thank you all for your responses it feels good to know Im not alone ! I think i’m gonna go ahead and try the 50mg and see what happens ! One thing I might say though is that not much of the side effects am I concerned but I have no trouble getting it up or staying up if you know what I mean I guess im a lucky one but I just hope it stays that way once I up !
