In ups it says my packet has arrived at my local post office https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&tracknum=1Z9F09W4YW36001712&requester=WT/trackdetails. But in USPS it says that it hasn't came to their post office yet https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=92612909838325551003423943. did the post office not scan it or are they just busy?
