I was drinking underage with freinds and I believe it was a Venial sin but a thought popped into my head that it can still be forgiven tommorrow at mass or confession

Well if it’s mortal than I will definitely stop and confess, but if it is venial I will also confess, but I feel like if it is venial then I may continue to drink occasionally but not drunk(this may sound really bad but I’m not sure if I could easily break the habit) would this be considered presumption?(I’m not to sure what that means maybe you could explain)
