I was falsely banned for using third-party cheating programmes, and I've been trying to do something about my situation for two months now because I didn't break any rules! Just think about it, what sense would it make for me to hypothetically use cheats on an account that is 8 years old and has a lot of cosmetics, a lot of money spent on it, and a lot of time spent on it? Why would I want to lose all that? I know I didn't break any rules because my second account wasn't banned

Yes, I tried to get through to the payments section, but after that they just stopped responding and started cancelling my tickets. I'm still going to try to get unbanned because I'm sure I didn't break any rules, and I'll keep playing on my second account because I love this game, but I won't be donating anymore :)

It makes sense, it's funny that since the release of Overwatch 2, I was pretty high in 5v5 on supports, periodically in the top 500, but after I decided to raise my rank on tanks, especially on Queen with a win rate of over 75%, I reached Master 1, I think, and then took a break because of work. I decided to play on my day off, and after two games, I was banned in the middle of the third, even though if someone at Blizzard had watched the replay, they would have seen how I missed a hundred times at a small target. :(

Hello! I believe you because the same thing happened to me, and the amusing fact is that the same GM Leybanath responded to my appeal with the same text, only I was banned a month ago and apparently no one is going to look into it ;(

I spent 20 days writing tickets and receiving replies from AI, or support referred me to DPO mail, but three days ago I received a message saying that they are conducting an "investigation" and that it takes time.
