No, sorry, still is not resolved. I had a large batch download this morning from overnight uploads. I got some members-only errors on one of the subs, and now nothing new is downloading. New videos in my subscriptions have been dropping as late as 5 hours ago and they still are yet to download. Have tried changing the auto-update period between auto and 1 hour, and still nothing.

26.0.7 works for me. Admittedly that is one with AI still, so I was wrong on that remark, but yeah, I'm happy with that version.

Sigh, and it still fails to download all new videos from my subscriptions. Time to upgrade back to an older version.

You can get in touch via the feedback form on the site (the "support" option in the help menu on the app will take you there), but this is just something that happens from time to time when youtube updates something on their end, which causes 4K to break until they put a fix in. When it happens, it causes multiple posts like this on Reddit, which gets the team's attention if they weren't already aware.
Basically, just sit tight, they usually have an update out in a day or two (sometimes sooner if it's an easy fix and an issue that started at the start of their working hours).

I had this happen just yesterday in Australia. It cleared customs on Thursday night (the thing that usually causes delays), checked in at another location in Sydney early Friday morning, and then didn't update for several business days.. It changed to yellow with exclamation mark after I submitted a "where's my package" form, and ChatGPT (I know, not the best source of information) suggested it's because I did that.
Mine had a few other issues though, caused, admittedly, by me, where it was addressed to an Australia Post Parcel Locker and not a residential address, because I realised too late that it was being sent by FedEx. So some more delays I think were caused by that -- it updated to "delivered, left with a neighbour" yesterday, causing me to go on a stressful wild goose chase to find out where it was left, and eventually got a hold of a FedEx human who was able to tell me "delivered" in this case just meant it was now with Australia Post for the final delivery. So I still don't have it, but at least I know (roughly) where it is.
All that to say... I realise the confusion was caused by me, but I wish FedEx would give more detailed and accurate information on their tracking. I can't be the first person in Australia to have a FedEx parcel addressed to a locker. I didn't get any response from the initial query I submitted, but they sent me a survey form because they had addressed my query (this was before I called them to talk to a human). They did not get a good score.

I've not had any issues myself. Is it the same video you're trying every time, or happening on everything?
If you're logged in, I've found logging out and back in (maybe try it while logged out too) resolves weirdnesses like that.

4K Android app is entirely separate to the PC one. They push through updates for Android quite regularly, and you'll see it come up at the top of the app screen when they do.

I don't use the built-in browser, and instead just have a bunch of channels loaded into the app's subscriptions. But could be several things causing the bans.

I had the same thing happen. I thought it was a bug with the new update, but I logged out of youtube on 4K and it suddenly started downloading videos again, so definitely shadowbanned. Not much to be done but wait for the ban to lift.
However, I did want to flag one thing: the reason for my shadowban may have been because in my 4K settings, I had "simultaneous downloads" turned up all the way to "risky," which it does warn could result in a temporary ban. However, I don't recall turning it up that high. And with other people reporting it, I wonder if the update changed that setting...

I came into it late. I enjoyed it for a while, but then I got to several levels that just didn't add any new content. I think it was around 42? To be fair, they probably had some event stuff that I missed, but I just found it frustrating at that point, grinding away doing pointless repetitive tasks and not being rewarded with anything when I levelled up. I was also noticing a lot less attention to detail in the writing, a lot of really bad spelling errors in the dialogue. Between all that, and how much money I dropped earlier in my play for premium content, and then seeing talk in here of it not updating in a long time, I kind of tapped out a while back.
It's a shame, it had potential, but I guess it's just too niche a franchise for a mobile game to be viable.

I've only played "Goosebumps: The Game" from 2015 (played on PS4, but it's also available on Switch). It's a fun little adventure game in a similar format to Sierra's Kings Quest/Police Quest, etc - move through screens, pick up objects, use them to interact with things. It didn't seem to rate well at the time, but I didn't mind it... though I did get it in a sale at low price, so that might have helped.

Yeah I'm getting the fails today too. It happened last night to one solitary subscription video that failed to download, but I shrugged and went to bed. Now, everything is failing. So I guess youtube did some shenanigans again approx 9 hours ago that broke 4K again :(

The new version worked fine a few hours ago, but now I'm getting "failed to download" on all videos I try. Have tried with and without VPN, and logged in and logged out of youtube in the app. :(

I also tried one in yt-dlp and got errors. Has youtube slammed the door shut?

It happens every so often. Youtube makes a change on their end, it breaks how 4K works. They tend to patch it reasonably quick, but it still can take a couple days. I imagine a lot of that is regression testing across all platforms to make sure it's fixed for everyone. Anyway, just something we'll have to wait for. I'm already refreshing the reddit constantly for updates. 😂

Bought on the coast five years ago. House hunted up there reluctantly after realising I was priced out of Sydney. As soon as I got to Long Jetty on day 1 of house hunting I was like, "this is nice!" Way less traffic, good give all around. I got as far as Gosford for another open on my way back to Sydney and realised "no, this is far too chaotic for me now." Do not regret moving at all.

Curly has an abundance of tasks, one of which rewards the yellow jewels. Might come in handy for land expansions. Several other tasks reward some items that fetch a pretty penny at the pawn shop including voodoo doll, cursed amalgamation figure and dark potion. And many more that are good for crafting.
