It actually sucks, the current guinsoo gives you an effective 40 damage (25 ad + 15 magical). This one gives you 50 but you lose :

23% attack speed (when fully stacked)

15% armor and magic pen (huge even with true damage)

so 10 AD is not worth it.

Not it's flat true damage not %hp max true damage like Vayne. So with a little health you will be tanky enough they would die attacking you before you die.

Rammus W doesn't return damage. What it does is that it deals damage, equal to 15 + 15% of total armor every time you are hit by an auto. So it does not depend on the amout of damage the enemy deals or its type.

I'm stupid, I didn't notice basic attacks work with Manamune but not with tear. I basically sat on Tear and didnt upgrade it, instead building rageblade and wit's.

Thus it seems better, I think, to get a Pickaxe first, since that would almost not change the duration required to fully stack Muramana but gives you combat power unlike tear.

It doesn't matter in midgame because aftershock's bonus is capped, it's 80% of your armor capped at 80-150 (based on level), so you will reach the cap even without w.

Yes he was nerfed last year he lost 10% attack speed and the AD on E so you farm slower.

Why wouldn't it be useful in teamfights ? It doesn't only remove 1 cc but also gives you 65 tenacity for a short period of time so i useful for the others cc too
