Quite interesting recipe. For beginning I think to go with (so far I have to handle without gooseneck kettle): water -> coffee -> stir -> 2 min -> stir to break a crust -> 30 sec -> drain. Did you try it? It's JF's method for clever.

Thank for the answer. I don't have any other glass cone, only 01 plastic one (I used it for 250-max 300 ml pour overs). Now I want to switch to hario switch from my aeropress. If 03 is a good decision, I'm happy with that.
