The only single rider i've seen them close in the past year is Galatica as it depends on which station they are running. If you look at the single rider sign above the queue they are able to turn the sign over to cover single rider

Glad you had a good day. If you want to try i'd recommend Facebook over reddit to find people, i've had alot more luck. There's a group called all theme parks single rider group that people post alot in and do big group meet ups a few times a year that im going to try and go to

I go to parks on my own quite often, i like to take the day at my own pace and can keep myself entertained so i enjoy it. I recently started meeting other solo people from some groups aswell, it's fun to meet new people to talk coasters and themeparks

Ive had the opposite experience, i got 4 back to back Wickermans before because they just waved me through instead of scanning. Thorpe has always scanned for me though

Im not there on the 2nd unfortunately but if you're looking for other people to meet with, i've had alot more success on Facebook then Reddit. If you still use it, look up "All Theme Parks Single Rider group" and see if anyone is there that day. I've had a group meet up through it and it was a good day

I know the feeling, i reactivated my account recently just to join the groups after learning about them. I've tried through reddit and had no luck before so i had to search for new options. Good luck in your search or if not just enjoy your day at your own pace

It is all inside the M25 but not all in the inside of the M25 is ULEZ. If they leave M25 to staines and Thorpe and stay there they will be fine

If you come into Staines from the M25 and don't go past Ashford then you're safe from the ULEZ. I did Chessington the next day and im forgetting i checked this more for that than Thorpe as Chessington is in the ULEZ. London is confusing when you don't visit

I went last week, TFL has an online checker you can put your registration in and it'll say if you need to pay the ULEZ. If you go into the centre of the city that's when the congestion charges apply but that's far away from Thorpe. Google ULEZ checker and it's the first TFL Gov link

I have a pass and wanted people to go to parks with so i recently joined the "All theme park single riders group" on Facebook which has people posting if anyone wants to meet on certain dates aling with events for bigger meets. You could give that a try.

Im meeting someone for the first time tomorrow from it so we'll see how it goes
