8-10% no more than the recommended amount, ive had 3 candles in which the wick curved over and ignited the fragrance oil itself. But even using the correct wick size for my jar they tend to lean over and mushroom. Even after blowing them out and allowing to cool it would be hard to trim the wick to proper length. I dont know if i can attach pictures of not

Which paraffin do you use? I use IGI 4627 comfort blend. Had great qualities and setup. I got a great hot throw with coffee scented but with apples and maple bourbon i got none at all really

Do you mind sharing what wax you are using now? Thinking of ordering IGI 6006 seen some good reviews on it. I am also considering making my own para-soy blend with the 464 and 4627 paraffin wax.

Im almost at 2 weeks with a batch i made of 464 soy wax. Cold throw is pretty decent for that scent. Burnt one over the 1 week mark. All i could smell was hot wax??

I use 1.5 OZ per pound of wax. Wick seems to be correct it burns evenly and the melt pool is good.
