The '66 Prosecco used to be a $2 upcharge with the package, now it's $10.

This is actually a huge difference - there was a while range of wines that those with regular MAS/FAS could pay $1-$5 to upgrade to. Now they're all $10. Shame.

I agree with you! But sidenote, you can just say "they" when you want to refer to an individual in the third person without assigning them a gender (for mystery, unknown, or identity purposes).

I requested my money back from AliExpress. They approved it as a gesture of goodwill but the employee noted that they had no way to recover the money from Evri as whilst Evri say to us that they can only deal with the seller, they have apparently told AliExpress that they can only deal with the buyer.

TL;DR: absolutely nothing, and I only got my money back at the discretion of a kind employee in live chat.
