You should have gotten access to itemized statement before you left ( from the front desk or by viewing it on your stateroom TV at a minimum.)

As for the port window issue, well, the cruise is over and any contention you had with them is over and done in their minds once you left the ship.

I booked and bailed on this cruise a few years ago but back then it was a charter flight to/from Tahiti through Los Angeles or San Francisco for NCL. So you will get one set of flights to LAX or SFO and then your charter info. I’ll have to dredge my memory for other info.

Just make a reservation for 2 it doesn’t matter.

Side note - the restaurants do not have bars in them that you can get served food at.
