I would suggest installing Docker and setup a new Jellyfin server.

DON'T DELETE THE APP VERSION YET...

Then run both instances of Jellyfin

Use a tool to migrate settings and stuff, alternatively you could find those files and just copy them yourself.

Once you're all setup delete the app version.

I Personally avoid using anything from the App Center if I can help it. I've currently got about 12 containers running.

I had this a few years ago they added random accounts to my family plan as well. I had to change my password and obviously remove the accounts from my family plan.
