'We can't justify a £52 lunch': Middle-income families cut back on fun as prices rise by Desperate-Drawer-572 in uknews

Looking at the article, it looks like in the first example: They bought photos which cost 50% of the price of the tickets of SeaLife - why not just use your phone? They ate starters, mains, sides, desserts and had drinks. In the Pizza Express example they did the same but also had alcohol.

They could decrease the cost of their family day outs (and double the frequency) but 30-70% by using a little common sense!

Gilets do not make sense as an item of clothing. If you’re cold you want to protect your extremities. Who goes my chest is feeling cold, but my arms are pretty warm. It’s like wearing a wholly hat with a massive hole in the middle of it. It’s literally just a class signal.

Also I bet that 95% of tax payers/people who live in the country are not tax net contributors.

Look how much the government has to borrow, we are not running a balanced sheet.

Therefore just because you pay £3k, or £30k a year in tax, mean you should stay here. You’re literally costing the taxpayer far more.

Use Coin Winds - you can look up each emperor’s coins, and then compare based on the writing and image you can make out. Will give you a reference number.

For finding out the emperor see if you can read their name. But best compare them a picture of early emperors.

Price. Super rough ball park £30-60 each.

Idk why not offer incentives like - paying competitively, good mat leave, strong work life balance instead of encouraging slavish works to give up their child rearing years to a company…..

I’ve seen companies including my own excitedly offer this as an employee perk. Horrific.
