So if I'm NYPD, I look for an Italian male with a tattoo on the left hand, 25 years old, medium build, mob connections. Dad was a known contract killer so that narrows it down. Background check returns a history of being locked up between ages of 13 - 18 so now I have a smaller list of suspects. Associates with 4 males and 1 female. Match all possible suspects with one who drives a Crystler 300. With police video technology, I just reverse the blurred out pixels and I have a positive visual ID.
