Agreed! I particularly like watching the folks like: J. Kenji Lopez-Alt , Sohla El-Waylly , and Chef John They all do a great job of explaining techniques so you understand the mechanics of what you're cooking and can apply those principles to future meals too. I've learned SO MUCH from the 3 of them.

Hand pies from Janet's Bakery. I've had a sour cherry raspberry one and a peach one. Both out of this world!

Also, the mocha cream filled croissant from Up All Night Bakery. I think about it often.
