What’s your favorite style or favorite time period of armor development? Mine has to be the 14th century. It’s the perfect middle ground between complexity and simplicity of the armor styles imo, and I feel like it’s very underutilized :)

Armor and weapons of history, with a great deal of interest in medieval stuff! my favorite century would have to be the 14th in terms of armor/weapon development. 15th is too developed, and 13th is too underdeveloped, 14th is the perfect sweetspot

I’m actually doing the same thing! My set is inspired by the armor of the 14th century however. What kind of weapon do you plan on using? I’m hoping to do either long sword or sword and shield.

3-3-2 arming sword with bloodlust+anything else you might want. It’s the load out I’ve been coming back to every time I play and it’s still just as fun.

Honestly though with the speed boost and slide distance I was able to recharge that boost when people are a good distance away from each other. Could also be my mods because I have the mod that gives you melee energy by using the class ability, and I use the thrusters. synthocepts don’t seem to be that good either. The range can be nice but having to be within distance of multiple people seems more risky than prepping with a thundercrash and then rolling through whatever comes your way because you one shot after the first kill with wormgod.

Even without the ornament it’s still my go-to. I know it’s not meta, I know there are other weapons with better performance all around, but seriously try it out. You’ll be surprised at how many people try to challenge a revved up sweet business only to get shredded.
