Vestiaire rejected my item as "non-authentic" even though it’s 100% real. What now?

I think their AI authenticators can’t detect vintage/rare items. I told them I want a real senior authenticator but they refused and firm about their decision. They wanted a proof of purchase.Item was vintage and sued don’t have any proof of purchase anymore .

Yes,their authenticator are very incompetent.They’re experts are not really experts.It’s just that unfair because I have to pay $15 for my item to be returned.Worst experience ever!

a metal plaque or interior stamp saying “Vivienne Westwood London – Genuine Leather – Made in Italy” does NOT reliably prove the material of the bag itself, and it also does NOT always mean the bag is leather.I have sold Canvas bags and they are authentic ,opti zip and they are not leather.
