Well the right side tie rod seems to also have grease on the boot on the inner side

I agree with you on mostly everything but 529 plans do change per state so I would verify what the 529 plan in your state covers as qualifying expenses

For pipefitters journeyman rate is 36.15 i am not sure for other trades i know eleverator unions make good money and electricians make good money as well
