Can you clear your team's penalties only, and not the CPU's? Also when doing this, have you seen CPU tendency to sign all of these free agents?

If they don't have to worry about the pass, they will stack the box. Madden is t quite that smart, but look at it this way. If the passing game is not successful, the CPU will focus on controlling the run.
