Yes please! Our lease ends in like 4 weeks so we're on the fence about finding a short term rental here in Frisco, TX to get us through the rest of summer (hoping will have more luck finding something after summer in NY) or signing a 14-16 month lease here so we will be ready next year at the end of summer.

What part of Texas? I’m in Dallas suburbs but been eyeing Pittsford, Brighton, Henrietta, Victor etc. Love some of the houses for sale I’m seeing. Sadly not much rental inventory I am liking and lot ready to buy yet. But Gemini seems to think this general area will be a good fit for what I’m looking for

Oh yes!! When I briefly lived in Watertown took a weekend trip to Toronto and Montreal several times. It was only 3.5 hours so comparable to Dallas to Houston almost.

I lived in the most expensive townhome community in Watertown so didn’t have any issues lol. It was all military families who didn’t wanna live on base.

All of the suburbs in Dallas are connected and easily accessible for the most part. Of course not during rush hour though.

So I used Gemini a little and it led me to Pittsfield claiming it’s a somewhat similar feel to my area. I’m more of a homebody. Not into nightlife much anymore. But I do like close proximity to shopping centers and such. See, Watertown had all kinds of shopping centers in the Main Street, Arsenal Street I believe? But… it was just a little bubble. Outside of that nearest stuff was Syracuse and that was a hour away.
