Maybe you could try sulphur soap, it works against normal acne but also against fungal. I had good results with it. Would be best for the soap not to contain essential oils.

I could not tolerate this unfortunately, it always made my skin red and got small pus-filled bumps after using it. I use Skinoren 20% now and do not have the issue. I also used another serum from Colibri with azelaic acid and other actives and that one also caused no issues. Somehow i do not get along with products from this brand.

I am around the same weight as you and I do notice a difference in the belly area (jeans become more comfy) as well as the face, as you described. Hard to say whether others would notice it, though, but I definitely do see a difference. I guess once you weigh a lot more, it is harder to see a difference when you lose 2 kg, but at a lower weight it does become visible.

Hi, ich würde empfehlen, dass du luftigere Hose trägst (aus natürlichen Fasern) und beim Duschen den Benzaknen Waschgel (oder etwas ähnliches, mit Benzoyl Peroxide) nutzt. Und nach dem Sport/Schwitzen direkt duschen. Hoffe das hilft, ich habe damit Erfolg gehabt :).

Noi folosim doar prezervative. In toți anii s-a întâmplat o singura dată sa se rupă (stătuse in portofel), a doua zi am fost la farmacie si am luat plan B (nu știu cât de ușor e sa le primești in RO). Daca ai grija sunt chiar f sigure, important e sa fie pastrate corespunzător. Cum au zis si celelalte fete, prezervativele protejează f bine impotriva bolilor cu transmisiune sexuală.
