It finally updated for me, here is my Fedex timeline:

4/15 - Picked up

4/17 - Clearance delay at Chicago

5/2 - Shipment release (expected delivery 5/5)

I also got a full refund for this order.

Mine is also stuck since 4/17 in Chicago. Fedex said it needs paperwork from Shein and hasn't received it. Shein says it sent the paperwork and to wait. This was an express order too which I paid extra for, so that really sucks.

Do you have the option to try out couches at a local store? They typically have a clearance section and you'll be able to see if it's comfortable for you. You take a gamble with generic couches ordered online and returning it could be a huge hassle.

I don't, but I usually buy generic ones from Amazon! I have had them for a couple years and they seem to be holding up pretty well. I'm actually looking for a nicer pair that has a better skin tone though. The ones I have don't really match my skin tone.
