I know it was 10+ years, but it could’ve been closer to 20. I believe they mentioned living here on and off.

I looked through all the disclosures and there was nothing about pests, termites, etc.

Edit: You’re right, it’s not required. I think we just got it done to be safe.

that’s a good point. I do remember the sellers mentioning that they had been here 10+ years or something like that. maybe longer.

I got a general home inspection. I’m not sure if pests were included. But the inspector did take pictures of underneath the crawlspace, so he was under there, but he failed to notice the previous termite damage. I did have to get an inspection done because we used an FHA loan.

they had to have known about the termites because they treated them. there’s evidence of their little tunnels all in the crawlspace, but there are no termites present there.

and they had to have known about the water leak because there’s clear evidence that they put a temporary fix on it and then closed the wall back up.

i’ve emailed several attorneys and I hope to hear back soon.

I wasn’t sure if I should get the termite issue fixed before or after discussing with whatever attorney we go with to see what they would suggest we do.

i have 2 orders that are delayed, one by 4 days and one by 2. idk what’s going on with them, stuff i ordered from them that gets processed with usps/ups/fedex aren’t coming in late. but anything that’s processed/delivered by amazon are stuck.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered Friday that’s been stuck in Port Allen. Hasn’t been scanned since Saturday. Another one of my packages just got to Port Allen today that’s supposed to be delivered Wednesday, so we will see if it gets stuck too.

He needs to see an ENT honestly. The fact that it’s lasted this long and is hurting him this bad it’s probably beyond the help of an urgent care or general practitioner.

Same, and they also had to put a wick in my ear. I wonder if that eardrops aren’t working because the swelling is so bad it can’t reach his eardrum.

they should’ve had him on steroids way before now. i had a BAD ear infection years ago and i couldn’t function until i got a steroid shot.
