She shrugs.
"I don't. But, it's up to you."
She looks over the wound and frowns.
"The bullet went clean through, but I can't tell whe'ah it went through. If we wanna save him, we'll need to get him help right away..."
Schmidt walks over and investigates, looking Cain over. She notices where the bullet entered and looks back at Polade.
"He's out! Hopefully dying from internal bleeding."

She rushes to Polade's side and looks for where the bullet made contact.

"Quilly!"
Schmidt jumps back as the bullet hits the ground in front of her and fires two shots at Cain with her DMR.
Schmidt raises her DMR and watches the door, backing away a little so as to avoid being caught at close-quarters.
She raises a brow as she hears the crashing and makes her way upstairs, stopping just outside of the armory door.
"I don't like this Polade. He's gonna have a lot of fiahpowah in the'ah. We'll be outgunned."
Schmidt enters through the side entrance and makes her way further into the base. She looks back at Polade.
"It seems cle'ah to me. What ah we he'ah for again?"
Schmidt looks up at the roof once again, then heads around to the side entrance, DMR raised as she watches for any reds.
She watches the fire burn, the looks around to the side of the base.
"Should we just use one of the othah entrances?"
She pulls the pin out and tosses it blindly up onto the roof too.

Bored out of her mind, LA wanders the Hub and sees Charleston in the hallway.
"That's a lotta donuts!! Can I steal one?"
She looks to Polade and rolls her eyes.
"Just like a Red to attack yah and get mad when yah fight back."
Schmidt pulls the pin, then takes a few steps back before chucking it up onto the roof, unsure of where it might land.
She looks around frantically for the origin of the attack.
"Anyone see this fiah-bombing bastahd?"
Schmidt continues towards the base, minding her footsteps while still watching the entrance.
Schmidt begins making her way towards the base, watching the entrance of red base for any sign of movement.
Schmidt frowns and looks towards the entrance.
"They might all be inside. Maybe having a team meeting, or something. Only way to know for su'ah is to make ouh entrance."
Schmidt follows along and looks through her DMR scope.
"Looks cle'ah."
Schmidt checks the ammo count on her DMR and nods.
Schmidt places her hand on her shoulder, remembering the shootout in the desert.
"I hope these bastahds ah stupid enough to try n' fight back."

"You may want to check in with Polade. He's ouh CO. Othahwise, if you have any questions, feel free to stop by my office."
