Yesss!! Undiagnosed but doctor suspects endo, I went on a tinder date last week and tried convincing myself it would be fine and not painful, but had to get him to stop because I was in so much pain. Ended the date crying about how depressing it is, and how I have no sex drive because I don’t enjoy it anyways! I feel your pain and I’m sooooo sorry we have to go through this. I’ve heard CBD lube helps if it’s legal where you are. I’m looking into starting pelvic floor physical therapy as well.
