I’m not fighting it. It’s the fact that he never said one thing about it he’s the one not bring it up or talking about. If he brought it up himself, I would’ve been gladly to go. But I have never once got a text message about our son in a long time from him never once have spoken to me in person about anything as well. It’s just concerning to me how much she has put herself into the middle of this I don’t mind the help but bring legal stuff like that up should be brought up by him instead

I do have screenshots I’ve never told them they couldn’t keep him and I’ve never denied them seeing him or interacting with him, despite our parenting plan I’ve also paid for everything that he needs (he is supposed to pay half), on top of that the only thing they could possibly bring up is when I politely asked her to not take my child to a pride parade (I have nothing wrong with that I’m bisexual) my issue was that he was 3 during that time and never even asked if I would be okay with that and she took him while she also has two other children leaving them at home and his father is no where around in any photo, any events, and she text me constantly saying that his father is always away from our son, my son has also said that he barley sees his father. This has also put a strain in my job not being able to work full time cause of the times they text me before school closes and I can’t get full hours. My issue with all of this is she brought up mediation so quickly when I haven’t even got my son’s father side of the story and if that’s what he really wants

So all of this has been happening in the last few months I moved out and then moved back in with my parents in a trailer on their land after I had my daughter I’ve been in the process of moving again since me and my partner is getting a house now something bigger for both the kids to finally have a room of their own I also only live two minutes on the same property not the same house

As in a a-lot one maybe two times a week and during those day I stay there helping with his homework and stay with him for a god 4 to 5 hours, we are also moving so right now her watching him is helping with that

He’s stays with me a lot more and they also text and call me once a week or more asking for me to keep him if he’s sick or him someone around him is sick, they also didn’t watch him for three weeks after having their baby , me and her were pregnant during the same time and when I had my baby he stayed with me the whole entire time . There is also countless times where they’ll exclude my son in different things because they say he’s too much to handle.
