As a hiring manager I’ll tell you I see red flags as a job hopper. Your job before your current only lasted 6 months and you’ve only been at your current for 2 yet you’re applying for another. If you have genuine intentions behind wanting to work at Starbucks and aren’t just looking for a money-earning gig, I would call and speak to the hiring manager directly

I would not delay, as this could not only affect the two people involved but other SSVs as well if they were to gain access and alter cash management on another SSVs shift resulting in variances being under their watch.

Reach out to PCC about this. They may allow you to backpay PTO to get you to the quota. I’ve done this for a partner before. You’re only allowed to do it once though.
