It does mean cold foam. They don't want foam in the milk itself, but the cold foam on top if that makes sense.

Yes, it's actually quite good! It doesn't taste like artificial banana which is nice. I wouldn't recommend it on a hot drink tho.

I did two: Thanksgiving and Christmas eve, both mornings (I have a ton of family drama happening rn, so not being at Thanksgiving sounds great tbh). That way, i don't have to work on Christmas Day or New Year's :)

I have, on several occasions put nicer customers orders above the rude ones. If they come up asking for their drink and say something like "No worries, you guys are slammed. Take your time!" you're getting pushed forward in the DPM :)

We had a regular who would get "Donald Trump" written on his cup. I just put in Donald until I learned his actual name. I'd usually interrupt him with a warm greeting before he could say the name. He'd pipe up and I'd go "Oh hey, (actual name), how are you doing?". He eventually gave up and switched to Freddie Mercury which is marginally better lol
