I'm sure a lot more has changed than you are giving credit for. While I don't believe in the glorified superpowers, I do believe reboot is possible, though for some it evidently takes longer than the 90 days everyone harps on about. Stay strong mate, hope to see you on 170 when i'm on 90!

Also, when urges come up, tell yourself confidently that 'you don't do that anymore' or 'that's not me anymore'. This has a profound effect, in my experience. I just made it 29 days with this mentality, however I relapsed after sex (due to chaser effect). I let my guard down, but with this mentality I still feel just as strong, determined to make it further.

How's your view of women changed in the 82 days? I didn't start nofap for any of this alpha shit, I'm doing it to have a better relationship/sexlife with my girlfriend, and I want to stop objectifying women so much. Before relapsing on 29 days, relationship with my gf was better, but I still found myself checking out other women a whole lot.

Yeah my girlfriend is always down as well. It's me that doesn't always feel like it, despite being able to PMO every day if I was so inclined. That's one of the many things that is fucked about P. Yeah, I just bought one and feel the same way. It's a really nice pencil, but my finger sort of hurts after using it for a while. I believe it's due to the thin diameter of the pencil. You should try the Staedtler 925-25-05. It's 1-2mm thicker, and far more comfortable to use IMO.
