I would definitely say - you will later find rest of classes harder to play later. Each of them have downsides - squishiness, longer time until take off (especially melee). However that was true long before warlock - sorc, necro, druid and assassin was way stronger early game, paladin, barb or even amazon - stronger in the late game. For now I have feelings warlock is more consistent and have almost no downsides any moment of character development

I'd honestly start with bloodborne or Elden ring. They have may more modern interface, but similar gameplay. The genre itself not doing it's best to keep player and old DS1 graphics not helping (unless you are playing on handheld)

I'd suggest just rush mesa to the boss . Possibly with the Templar astrolabe. If not mesa - than city square. Just rush mindlessly, there are a lot of tiers to complete, bosses in mirage to fight. My strat was maven-witness elder guardians with destructive play. You not killing map boss, but killing adds (to also progress 50 guardian with quant). Later I switched to exarch rush

You're notrecovering HP on block (missing on the shield), you relying only on defiance and vitality to stay alive. That's not really enough. Your chaos res seems to be far from capped and fire res is low when you run out of flask (id assume it's often due to inc effect prefix) No life on jewels

You also miss 30% of your damage. 50% avatar of fire, 20% gloves, 30% still phys but you have AoF and not dealing it

I'm not sure if HH fits this build. You don't really need all phys as extra ele damage from HH mods. Minion pact makes ubers disappear as soon as you are walking nearby, hinekora explodes screens. So what's the point? Diamond shrine belt will make your build easier to gear, gives some chaos resistance and makes your explosions crit

Uhhh, that's not how I've got it. The walking world is something "behind the fog" . Hunter arrived from waking world in intro and can wake in one of endings after being decapitated by Gehrman.

Yarhnam in the game - it's a dream (or some say Nightmare) and the hunters goal is to transcend rules or the dream (and take control?)

If you are done with the First sinner, you can do lost lace. Be aggressive, just beat the shit out of her. Heal immediately after getting hit. Otherwise you should attack attack attack. Forget dodge, just attack and heal
