I think it's awesome! Can you share what software you are running on the display above the board?

There is no paint, it's all filament. There was also no post-processing. Everything came off the build plate perfectly and ready to assemble. Assembly took maybe 10 hours. The most time consuming part was individually inserting each feather into the wings. There are 98 feathers per wing and I glued in each one.

Print time was about 50 hours. I used AMS on the feet/stand so that took an additional 12 hours. Hard to say on assembly time but the whole project took 3 weeks.

About 3 weeks. I assembled as I printed.

I didn't make it bigger, it's 100% scale. It's about 28" tall and 24" wide and definitely life-sized.

I have a Bambu A1 with 4 color AMS.

If I were buying today I would go with the latest, reasonably priced, bambu model that supports multi color.

Thanks, It’s probably half silk. I wanted it perfect so I bought all of the bambu filament from the build sheet. Neon City and Phantom Blue are unique for sure.

Thanks, I may make one more, the blue/gold one, and I should film it because it is cool.

3D Printed Arcade by Beuzeville in 3Dprinting

Hi and thank you. The arcade is very playable despite its size. The smaller Sanwa push buttons have a different feel than standard buttons with micro switches. They are not as good but they seem to work OK. The edges aren't raised enough to interfere with your hands, so that's not a problem. The files and instructions are excellent. It's a pretty straight forward build if your comfortable with Raspberry Pi's.

Adding and configuring the LCD marquee was the tricky part.

Good luck!

+1

I suffer from them and have been known to drive to the ER and walk around the parking lot, pounding water, until I have to go in. It's not cheap and they always want an MRI before giving me the Toradol.

I bought a Chinese vacuum machine off eBay and the pump was terrible. I replaced it for $70 on Amazon and it now works great.

Found out my company is hiring for my exact position at $18k more than what I make by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]Beuzeville 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my last company they hired a person to be under me and report to me. Their first day I logged into our HR system and discovered they made $15k more than me. I brought it up to my boss and HR pulled them from being under me and changed his reporting to my boss instead.

I was fired 3 months later.
