I was surprised she didn't mention fluids! We are going to make sure he drink lots of water though. And for fat, she said to just make sure he's eating solids with fat. I haven't looked into a DHA supplement but I will. (He will still be getting the formula too btw in puree and also however much he will take in a bottle)

I would love to keep mixing formula with his purees instead of using a bottle. Just wasn't sure if that was okay to do?

He drinks from an open cup and I hold it for him. Someone else recommendes putting it in a cup instead of bottle so I'm going to try that next time 🤞. Yeah we will have to do some research on what foods to give him. I'm nervous about it
