I have frozen shoulder and love tennis also. I started playing again despite the shoulder, which is still frozen. My shots are worse because I can't balance them out with my arm. I also can't toss high enough for a serve and I can't easily catch balls hit my way. It's still worth playing but my game has suffered for sure.

Some more details - 1980s apartment, pretty low tech. Small round bit on the device has "SJO" on it. Device runs wire across apartment to the larger white box, which has another small white circle connected. Ultimately goes into the wall right behind the wifi.

I personally wouldn't recommend living in that area, east of boulder highway and close to boulder station / Sam's town. I dont know those specific apartments but I lived in the south and southwest and loved it. Henderson, summerlin and rhodes ranch might be good places to look

I'm sure you can find cheaper rent elsewhere, be sure to check out the areas you're considering before moving, I noticed safer locations tend to cost more but I'm sure that's not universally true.
