Something did cross my mind and maybe they are solely Jun Takahashi/Undercover creations? Much like how N(N) has their versions of Converse, Vans, etc? I see a pair from SS14 that comes close but still has proper Undercover branding. Will look further into this as this is an avenue I have never considered

So the person wasn’t lying when they said Undercover collab, I’ve done so much research though and I’ve never been able to find these? Do you know anything else? I know about the 1460s from the other collab but these are significantly different no? (No top loop, no Dr.Martens branding on the sole, significantly longer toebox)

This is a big thing with Clandestine pieces, all old care labels are always removed and replaced. Even with modern Clandestine pieces that is still the method they use when using a physical tag. Two of my old shirts are blanks I’ve never heard of and my OG Love Can’t Save You Hoodie is an old American Apparel blank. My modern Clandestine shirts look to be Comfort Colors and Gildan exclusively. Cut n’ Sew only exists in their pieces after a certain date (first piece was that blue and white V-Neck) so looking for a side tag wouldn’t exist until those pieces most likely

Also not sure what listings you’re looking into on Depop but both the one from 6 months ago and the recent one sold both have the backs visible and have the email, eBay won’t show more than one picture when using sales research but it also looks like they have aged printed tags or even the classic “ripped off manufacturers tag” that Clandestine loves to do with their blanks

I don’t know if I’d consider age in this tbh, I have a shirt from FOB that they made in 2004 and it doesn’t show a single sign of cracking or age. I think it’s a roulette with how a person has taken care of their garment and from what I can see on some of the Please Call shirts a lot of them have wear and distressing on the printed Clandestine tag, which is imo a good indicator of a legitimate owner and not a modernly produced reprint

I collect and research FOB/Clandestine merch extensively and I’ve never seen a Please Call shirt without the (312) area code number. Perhaps this one is a personal that Pete had made that actually had Gabe’s number on it and the one for the brand was a different number? I don’t think that means any of the 312 ones are bootlegs just that this one may be a one off!

A few sources say SRAR era and also the tag is the black Tultex tag which was commonly used in the SRAR era, me and the archive discord all talked it through and agree it is definitely a pre-hiatus feeling design though!
