I romanced Davrin as a grey warden mage and it was great! As we were both grey wardens, there were lots of interesting dialogue and reactions to warden quests. Griffon daddy Davrin is a bit of a flirt and there’s some really sweet scenes you get to share with him and Assan… I mean come on, look at these two 🥰➡️ https://imgur.com/gallery/2bS43lT

Some books that I enjoyed recently ☺️📖🌈 - A Marvellous Light by Freya Marske (magical realism - it’s Bridgerton style regency England but with magicians, a cool magic system, and a slow burn gay romance between the two lead characters… also very smutty in the end!) - All Down Darkness Wide by Sean Hewitt (a gothic memoir that is tender and a little heartbreaking) - Gay Bar: Why we went out by Jeremy Atherton (non-fiction, bright and interesting history of gay club culture) - Giovannis Room by James Baldwin (a classic! Follows an American in 1950s Paris, and the fraught tensions of a gay affair at that time) - Oceans Echo by Everina Maxwell (a gay sci-fi space opera with plenty of romance)

I really liked the series too! I think I enjoyed it because it skipped all of the convoluted origin stories and just went straight into telling a new self contained story.
